We know  that  we  produce  the   best  trained   junior   Engineers.  Feed back  from   the   companies management and the senior staff of the ships, where our ex-trainees  are employed, confirms our belief. There are reasons for this. One of them is unique method of training.

  • The trainees have been divided into 5 groups of 6 trainees each.
  • For workshop training,in addition to our own well equiped worshop there are five other work centres. e.g.

- Goa shipyard Ltd
- Western India shipyard Ltd
- Mormugao Port trust workshop
- Chowgule shipyard
- Institute of Shipbuilding Technology's
  workshop & laboratories.

  • There is qualified & experienced dedicated training Instructor accompanying the trainees for each centre, who has been given fixed assignments to be completed by the trainees and each  ensures that all the assignments are completed.
