Based on the written tests for 2009 Graduate Engineer entry for One year Pre Sea course in Marine engineering, shortlisted candidates are to report at Institute of Maritime Studies, Goa for interview as per the list below.

Interview time = 0900 hrs every day

Special instructions :
  1. Psychometric test will be conducted simultaneously along with interviews on 14th, 15th, 16th  and 17th Sept.,  2009.

  2. DOCUMENT VERIFICATION:
    Results of Interviews will be declared on 18th September at 0900 a.m. and  ALL     CANDIDATES ON LIST INCLUDING WAITLISTED, WILL PRESENT THEIR ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS FOR VERIFICATION IMMEDIATELY ON 18TH SEPTEMBER, 2009. They will also submit one unattested photocopy of each document as per list below:
    1. Passing Certificate of Std. X or XII , showing date of birth.
    2. Marksheet  of X and  XII exam.  or Degree Marksheet  showing marks in English. ( Min. marks required – 50 %)
    3. Degree certificate  issued  by  the  University. Provisional  Passing Certificate  issued  by  the  University  may  be submitted, incase the Final  certificate from University is not received yet. Provisional Certificate issued by the College is not acceptable.
    4. Bonafide student and AICTE approval Certificate in the format given.
    5. Certificates for any additional courses done, extra curricular activities like Sports / NSS / NCC/ Scouts etc.
    6. Candidates who have appeared for the qualifying examination and awaiting results should attach a certificate from the appropriate authority to that effect.
    7. Sr. No. d has to be typed on your College letter head and submitted ( as per the format given to you)
      Candidates selected for IMS Goa will be asked to fill a detailed Application Form for which and attach one  colour photograph.

  3. MEASUREMENT FOR UNIFORMS: Candidates selected for IMS Goa and those on wait list  will be measured for uniforms  simultaneously on 18.09.2009.

  4. FEES: Selected candidates will IMMEDIATELY deposit the following fees (on 18.09.2009)
    Admission Fees : Rs. 2,000.00
    Psychometric Test Fees : Rs.    800.00
    Medical Test Fees : Rs. 3,500.00
    Total   :
    		Rs. 6,300.00

    WAITLISTED CANDIDATES WILL PAY: PSYCHOMETRIC TEST FEES: RS. 800.00 ONLY

  5. Medical exam. for selected candidates  shortlisted after interview will be held on 19th & 20th   September, 2009.
